Review: What are some things you’ve learned in your Bible reading this week?
This meeting topic should be held as a capstone for at, or near the end of the discipleship 12-week commitment, The objective should be that by the time this meeting occurs, everyone in the meeting should already have a firm commitment to the concept of evangelism being far more than sharing the Gospel, and then moving on. This lesson should be delivered to a group who already have a solid grasp of the fact we are called to fulfill what Christ commanded in Matthew 28:19-20.
· This session should comfortably include examples from your, and the other members’ lives, of what commitment to discipleship in evangelism “looks like.”
Discuss thoroughly why Evangelism is not witnessing – but MUST be discipleship:
Matthew 28:19-20 “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to keep all that I commanded you; and behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”
